Requests for Proof of Attendance & Progress Letters, Transcripts and Diplomas

Requests for Proof of Attendance Letters, Transcripts and Diplomas are made via HSRO's Request Manager.

Log in to your HomeschoolReportingOnline account.
Upper right box titled Family Navigation select Request Manager

New: The date you submitted the request.
On Hold: School is missing information and cannot complete. Please contact the school office.
Closed: The date your request was completed.

Requirements for requesting a  Diploma: 

Please ensure that all of your information has been updated at HSRO.
In the comments area include:
FULL name of student
Graduation Date
Student's current postal address if not picking up at the Farm School Solar Campus at The Farm in Summertown.

Requirements for requesting a high school transcript:

In the comments area include:
FULL name of student

Please ensure that you have all high school credits and grades  updated at HSRO.

Provide college names and addresses to which the transcript should be mailed. The transcript will include the most recent ACT / SAT score if applicable.
Allow 2 weeks processing time.
No rush processing.


Requirements for Proof of Attendance and Progress letter for the DMV

Please ensure that course work and attendance have been updated online.
In the request comments box include the following information
student's FULL LEGAL name
DOB
FULL Address
(including COUNTY - not country)
Parent/legal guardian name

We do not accept rush requests for this letter.

Please note our policy regarding DMV proof of attendance and progress letters:
If a student requests a DMV letter from us during this school10/11 year and does not
a) submit semester reports in a timely manner

b) obtain GED or graduate,

c) transfer to another school or

e) re-enroll with us for 2011/2012 on or by Aug 1, 2011

we are required to report the student to the DMV.

Student’s requesting proof of attendance and progress letters must be currently enrolled with us and in attendance for at least 30 days – that means if you request a DMV letter on or after July 1, 2010 – you must be enrolled for our 10/11 school year.


Students requesting proof of attendance and progress letters must be currently enrolled with us and in attendance for at least 30 days. 

To obtain learner permit/ driver license (SF1010) letter or Release for Work permit letter:

1. The student must have been registered with us for at least 30 days and have  accrued at least 30 days of attendance.

2. Read directions and submit request.


 Please allow 1 week for these forms to be processed & postal mailed.

If a minor student requests a DMV letter from us during the school year and does not

a) submit semester reports in a timely manner

b) obtain GED or graduate,

c) transfer to another school

or  

e) re-enroll with us for next school year on or by Aug 1

then we are required to report the student to the DMV.
